What we do
New Zealand's Largest Blast Booth
Our workshop has been purpose-built to handle everything, including the biggest jobs. Working in combination our 7.5t and 5t gantry cranes, assisted by our 5t combi-lifts, allow us to handle a huge variety of heavy structures.
Custom blasting
We use steel grit, garnet or glass beads to achieve the required steel profile. These three mediums allow us to create a specific profile based on the specifications of the coating being used. Posi-tector testing combined with an experienced team ensures the accuracy of our profiles and our ability to deliver consistently excellent results.
Precision coating
Our expertise and experience, and our state-of-the-art workshop, allow us to achieve a high-quality industrial finish that meets specifications. We follow strict QA processes, including humidity checks and regular posi-tector testing - and independent, 3rd party, inspections on request - so we can provide full documentation for QA and warranty compliance.
Our workshop’s ventilation system is electronically controlled - maintaining a stable environment, and measuring gas levels with an automatic shut down to protect people and minimise air pollution.
