With 23 years of blasting and coating experience, Raj is well suited to the role of Operations Manager. When faced with challenges he uses his engineering knowledge and intuition to find a solution.
With a commercial, industrial, transport and marine engineering background, Raj has extensive knowledge of specialist coatings.

All staff receive induction training and regular refreshers to ensure they know what to keep themselves, and each other, safe. Staff are supplied with well-maintained PPE and must complete an annual health check. Our initiatives extend beyond physical wellbeing to include Mates in Construction - a group that provides us all with engaging and approachable support.

To improve air quality:
We have high-powered extractor fans to remove dust
We use a combination of carefully controlled ventilation and filters to monitor our exhaust
We dispose of toxins, including dust, in the correct manner
To reduce our impact:
We recycle solvents, steel grit and garnet
We use garnet that has less than 1% silica
We apply paint to dry film thickness (DFT) specification to minimise waste
We have three energy-efficient compressors for blasting and painting reducing our power usage by 30%
